Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, Maya Papaya & Tony Macarony will gladly accept your return on regular price merchandise for a refund to the original method of payment.  All returned merchandise must be full price, unworn, in the original packaging, and must have the original tags attached. 

Returned packages must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery confirmation date for credit card refunds.  All returns shipped back after 11-30 days will be given a store credit. No refunds or credits will be issued on items returned after 30 days of delivery confirmation date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any free shipping charges will be deducted from your account in case of returned merchandise.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, nor refunded.

Gift Wrapping 

Maya Papaya & Tony Macarony provide complementary gift wrapping. If you wish your items to be gift wrapped, please let us know via the Order Notes field during checkout. Please note that gift wrapping may not be available for larger and odd-sized items.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
